I agree with others that my entire library on my ereader is TBR. Once I've read it I move it into a Read collection or archive it. I also track TBRs via Goodreads because I can add my paperbooks to the mix. I track books that I want to read but don't own with wishlists at my e-library, Amazon and the Sony bookstore. That way I don't forget about books that sounded interesting.
