I woke up this morning 58% through a 511 page book, and got the storage error message out the blue requesting a factory reset (running firmware v 1.9.9). I ignored it, and kept on reading. Later, I hit the sync button on the home page for fun (I just bought the device last week), and my KT downloaded the software for v 1.9.10... I was worried that in the process the device would initiate its own factory reset when updating, but it didn't!

All of my data appears intact. I have turned the machine on and off several times, and no longer have the internal storage error message
