Thats really not a bad idea actually. So many tech items today have bugs.(actually all of them) Plus not every device is for everyone and reviews cant always really give you complete insight if you will fully like it or not. The best way is to buy it and try if yourself for an extended period. If you dont like it , sell it on ebay a couple months later, get 80% of your money back and try again.

Eventually you will probably find one that you totally love and keep it until it stops operating.
