So let me get this straight. Saying people want choice is Apple bashing?
And for the record I was not bashing Apple I was bashing you.

Not so, I enjoy flash just fine thank you.

I don't know if you a re being serious or just having fun but if you think Apple is the prime mover behind HTML 5 then there is no way a person could have an educated discussion with you.

My wife had her Android phone configured and running in 15min with no help from me. Inversely her iPad sat for a week on her desk because it's so "intuitive". It required her to install iTunes, create an Apple ID, and create an iTunes account. BTW her solution was to get this "geek" to set it up for her.

1. Use Itunes to rip CDs

Obviously you know little to nothing of Android. So let me rewrite your list.

2. ??? There is no (2)!
With apps like doubletwist you iTunes account would be synced wirelessly.
Since your a Apple Geek let me ask you this.
My son has an iPod touch how do I backup the images without having to sync his music and apps first. I don't have enough diskspace to backup the apps. His Apple ID account has been disabled somehow so we can't install any additional apps.
