We have 7 literatis functioning well in our family. We had some problems initially and after a couple of replaced units were crusin' along. Bwe careful to overcharge or undercharge the battery can cause problems. I have two granddaughters each 9 years of age who are having a delightful experience. If it weren't for the literati, I'd never have gotten into ereaders. We are having a great experience. Support has been very responsive.
