We got a great book from William and Sanoma with ice cream recipes. So far we have made Vanilla (which was awesome), Chocolate with Peanut Butter, Spicey Chocolate (was not the best but figured out that the Hubby used too much cinnammon), Butter Pecan (vanilla with carmalized pecans), Peach Pecan (Butter Pecan with Peaches), and Mint Chocolate.

We are still playig with the recipes. The Chocolate Peanut Butter had too much peanut butter and the peanut butter mix (made with powder sugar, butter, and peanut butter) could use less butter and powdered suggar. The Peach Pecan needed a lot more Peach. The Spicey Chocolate needed less cinammon (Hubby had cinammon sticks from an Asian shop and used four of them. They are twice the size of cinnammon sticks bought at the regular groecry store).

I am going to be makeing some Cinnammon ice cream this weekend.
