Corn milk sounds interesting, but a bit more work than I'm willing to go to! I'll take my cow milk instead.
Some of the exercises I do at PT I can (and do) perform at home, but there are many I have to do that use special equipment. I also have massage therapy around the injured area as part of the PT, which doesn't feel as nice as you'd think!
