Hmmm, interesting twist to the storage situation.

Beta testers of iOS 5 are reporting that, contrary to the initial description of iTunes Match as merely a download-your-music service, it may be in fact a stream-your-music service as well. That may change the storage requirements for some people, if all your music (and possibly movies as well) were all being stored by Apple and accessible over the web.

edit: Or maybe not-others are reporting that it isn't really streaming, just playing while downloading.
