well actuallty amazon's eco system is IMHO better than apple's .

kindle ebookstore is better than iBooks

Amazon video on demand is better than iTunes videos

Amazon Mp3 vs iTunes will be a matter of opinion but being able to buy music on any device without having it to be aac+ and transferring it between devices with ease to me put's it over the edge.

and if it does come with DLNA, then that blows Apples's sharing out of the water, seeing how you can share your media on multiple devices from multiple manufacturers as oppsosed to only sharing between iDevices thru apple tv.
