Transfering your books to a new Kindle

I recently got a new kindle that I wanted to copy my books to from my old kindle. I looked at the posts around the forum and saw how to transfer collections. This worked great but did not solve the problem of getting all of my side loaded books unto the kindle. I figured that others have had this problem so here is how I solved it.

1. Connect your old Kindle to Calibre.
2. Sort your collection by the little check mark that confirms that the book is on the kindle.
3. In your library select all of the books with the check mark and bulk add to the tags a tag for your collection "MyK3" or "MyKDX".
4. Disconnect your old Kindle and connect your new Kindle to Calibre.
5. Search for your tag. Copy all of the books with your tag to the new Kindle.
Done.
Hope this helps someone.
