Strange E-Mail from B&N Sales Audit Dept.

Saturday night, getting ready for Irene to hit here in Philadelphia, I tried to download a book. Instead I received a strange email from the Sales Audit dept at B&N that referenced this purchase is limited to those in the US/Canada. (I am in Philly area using Comcast for internet) I just tried to call them and they said to call back on Wednesday or later in the week because their system is down. Meanwhile I can't seem to download anything.
Has anyone received an email from the Sales Audit department? Or knows why I am being blocked.
