As it's the most common way that tea and coffee are served there, it's just asked for as tea (or 'teh' in Behassa Malay) or coffee (kopi). While there is a specific name for the combination, I never hear it being used. It would be like telling your waiter to be sure to bring milk and sugar when he brings the coffee. It's just not needed as it's the norm.
Having another mug of Assam... You just can't go wrong when it's from the East India Company! This will be my third large mug in two hours. I may never be able to get more than a few steps away from a bathroom all day!
