Hi tea-lovers, I have a couple or questions and I hope that someone doesn't mind to answer them

1. I once read than somewhere (maybe Hong-Kong) they drink tea with Carnation milk. Then I mixed half a cup of English Breakfast tea with half a cup of Carnation milk with mixed results Is there a name for this concoction? What is the right way to prepare it?

2. I have seen in English movies that some people add milk to their tea. Is that Carnation milk or whole milk? What kind of tea is served at 5 o'clock? (I mean, if they still have this custom like in the movies).

Thanks
