When Sony puts their mind to it they can really put out some nice products. However, their ereader was regarded by many as overpriced, and struggled in most markets iirc. They may very well offer a premium tablet, but competing in the premium tablet category hasn't worked out so well for non-Apple companies. But ya never know: maybe
this one will work out.
