I doubt that tofu could ever be made as satisfying as actual chicken. A better tactic might be to get us to turn to another bird to consume. There are many possibilities, including duck and turkey. Turkey, when cooked properly, is an excellent and tasty meal.
Of course, there is always the option of the turduckin. It's three [click] three [click] three birds in one!
