well, it is past 10pm here, the day is almost finished, superman and the kids are all back home, the sun just went down.

I woke up at 4.30 in order not to forget to wake up at 6.00 (yeah, that would be typically me being anal about waking up time) to drive to the airport to pick up superman. Picked superman, drove him home. Drove to the town hall, good girl that I am, to pay my yearly taxes and another one for a change of building license. Could pay the last one, but not the first one, which has been in the air since June and could, or could not, be "in the middle of the process" of being transferred from my bank, who has 80 days to comply. . Bienvenida en Espaņa
Drove back home, a tad angry at the bank (to put it mildly), because the money is on my account and guess who is getting interests out of it ? Not me.
One hour later, wanted to drive to my parents to pick up the kids, car would not start. Spent an hour with superman trying to start the damn thing, managed in the end (by then it is 3 PM, the sun is deadly hot, and the car is in the middle of the driveway, no trees, no shade, nada). Drove to Norauto, they kindly helped me out of 200 € in exchange for a new battery.
Arrived drenched at my parents. Dad is out of Pimm'S, so I don't get to drink and drive (totally unfair, right ?), but am sent back home (are you tired by now ?) without a proper drink, but with hyper kids (petit prince birthday is tomorrow so you get the idea).

No Pimm's here either. Right.
I have settled for a Golfer. In a big tumbler, a handful ice cubes, one third Grapefruit juice without sugar, two third sparkling water really cold.

Tomorrow, I have to bake a birthday cake. .

FAD.
