Wrong on years
Yep, I was wrong on the years and didn't proofread my post enough. It was 35 years as a baker/pastry chef. I did however have a 3 year school (Chef and Baker) and the a 3 year apprenticeship some of which was served while I was in school. My family have owned resturants so I guess thats why I choose my profession as I loved the business.
