My poor little reader... :'(

I do have a Kobo WiFi... so I'm not wholly boned, but my brother is now without a reader, since he was using the Literati more than I was. Still, there's nothing that makes one want to go to a competitor faster than getting the brushoff from customer service when you expected support to be a simple process.
