I have a hybrid ereader/tablet (very likely classed as an ereader for purposes of this poll) and carry it in my murse
My murse (timbuk2 messenger bag, largest size short of a duffel) is larger than the vast majority of purses, but failing that, there are always trucks. I could also carry my tablet over my shoulder, perched atop a sizable stack of two-by-fours
