Canon and Garmin have their stupid rule that only "upgrades" are available as downloads.
In order to reinstall from scratch (crash/formatting or new PC) you'll need the original CD's.
Or, you can do what I did, make an .iso of the original disk(s) and keep them on a backup HDD. The installation is way much quicker then than from a sloooooooooow DVD-drive.
