Thank you for the suggestion, I'm certainly going to keep it in mind.
Even if it's just for my own piece of mind I'm still suspecting it's shallow breathing/chronic hyperventilation, not only because of the symptoms but also because I know I breath wrong. I can't do anything but wait until Monday and what my physio's diagnosis is going to be. Until that time I keep doing my breathing exercise a couple of times a day, it seems to help, and try not to stress out too much.
