I'm sure you're right. It's really sad. He's been fighting pancreatic cancer since 2003 and has undergone several serious surgeries -
Whipple procedure in 2004 and a liver transplant in 2009.
Pancreatic cancer has one of the highest fatality rates of all cancers and the vast majority of people who contract it will end up dying from it. Jobs had a rarer form that's less aggressive, so he's survived longer.
I wish him well and hope he'll be able to enjoy some quality time with his family and friends.
