He's probably dying.
Putting feelings aside, he would not do that to the company he loves and likes. This will affect Apple's stocks for sure.
I don't like most of his business models, even though I own couple of his products, but he really changed the IT world, like Bill Gates. His leadership will be missed and difficult to replace inside Apple.
