I am not sure if I am asking a new question or for clarification of the above.... my immediate family members have an older Kobo, a new Kindle and a new Kobo touch. Calibre is just so great for the first two, but not the Kobo touch. I contacted Kobo today and they told me that I couldn't use Calibre with the Kobo Touch - just Adobe DE. I tried for hours to get the computer to recognize the KT but it didn't show up anywhere (but if I loaded the Kobo program, it recognized it). I tried downloading updates, troubleshooting hardware etc. but nothing worked. I would still like to use Calibre, so if anyone has any ideas, I would be SOOOO grateful.
PLUS... I would like to get a Kobo Touch myself, but am reluctant to purchase a device that makes book management so awkward. So for my sister's KT and for the one I would really like to purchase... HELPPPPPPP! (and thanks in advance)
