Shayne, you slay me. You wring every possible drop from this question. I have to call a fault on Aquino, who even though she went to college in the US, was a president, not a prime minister. Your spoilered answer, however, is correct. She grew up in Milwaukee and went to what was then the normal school and is now the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee.
Shayne's got it, but I have a personal interest in the third, who went to college in my town. Any takers? As a mild hint, she's one of the several Moslem women who have been head of government in their respective nations.
