Just checked my library. The front runner would be inter-library loan and number two has two holds on it. Number two isn't available for purchase in eBook format in Canada. That's twice I've found something I might want to read and not been able to buy it as e-book despite being able to read it at the library.

Seems to me that Storm Front is available as an eBook. Just not from Amazon because it seems that there is something going on in Canada with Amazon and Penguin. Maybe it's time to get a Kobo Touch?
