We use a service called "MyUS" to get items that can't be shipped outside of the US. (Even in Canada, you'd be surprised how annoying it can be to get items from the US!) They're very good, and I know there are a few other similar services. I haven't found any HP Touchpads actually available here in Canada, but if you find one in the US, it might be worth using a service like that.
