Um, the cancer debate is not helping. It's not so much a matter of opinion as it is the fact that each individual can be affected by it differently. Some people can smoke all of their lives and not get any related illnesses. Others... can't. Either way, quitting is the best choice for ME so let's focus on that, yeah?

Close to the end of day two. It's not getting much easier but at least it's not getting any harder either! Just came back from what is becoming a daily walk to the local park. Getting out of the house and getting some "quiet time" helps.
