Sorry, most Best Buy stores are completely out of stock in Canada. It's not available for online order, and every store I've checked in both my province and my parent's area has no stock.
I don't think Canada is the place to be looking. Yesterday Amazon.com still had some at the really cheap price if you searched for "smartbuy touchpad" (some are listed without "HP" in the title.)
