My Kobo Touch return story
I ordered my Touch (online from Chapters) before they were released and received it on the release date. LOVED IT!
Last night I noticed the USB socket was loose, I had to jiggle the cable to get it to charge.
Today I called KOBO and they opened a Tier 2 ticket but suggested I try to return it at my nearest Chapters store. 10 minutes later I was at the store (its across the street) with my KOBO and all my receipts and shipping info.
20 minutes later I am at home with my BRAND NEW touch, just waiting for it to sync.
Have I mentioned I LOVE MY KOBO!!
