Anti-virus do not block ports. Firewalls do
Just curious Do you know what is using 8080? Did you intend this (basic Security breach thinking).

1) you have the Calibre Server running on 8079.
You fire Up Firefox/IE... on the SAME PC and punch in <your IP>:8079
Do you get the Calibre Welcome screen?
