We shouldn't have a redistribution of chicken. What we need is an increase in the overall chicken population so that those states with fewer chickens can be brought up to par with those with more chickens.

This is a better option than reducing the chicken population of some states to increase those of others. This would allow each state to develop more native chicken dishes to take advantage of its culinary history. This is already the case with BBQ, with different regions having their own native ways of preparing BBQ.

This could lead to the development of even more delicious chicken dishes, and the refinement of others. Experiments could be conducted, such as what happens when you combine fried chicken and chocolate.
