Jack, your writing is entertaining! I keep my Kindle in a case at all times. I don't like the feel of how small the device is, and it seems my thumb doesn't fit in the right place when the Kindle is naked, but that could just be because I'm used to reading with a case. But I'm a little overboard when it comes to accessorizing my Kindle, I have 6 covers for my 2 K3's and I like switching them out. With women, it's sort of like carrying a purse I guess. I could carry all my stuff in a Walmart bag just as easy, but I like having a pretty purse to carry around and look good on my shoulder. I have some Kindle cases that are gen-u-wine leather and some that are $14.99 "faux" leather. Dressing up my Kindle is part of the pride of owning one!
