1) sound will disappear 10min to half a hour after sound is enabled; going
into Device Manager, and Disable and Then Enable sound again will get it
back.

2) sound will disappear all the sudden after playing some MP3 using Jukebox
3.1; went into the Device Manager, Disabled and then Enabled sound,
Pressed "Back" Hardware button on the top left corner of the reader to
try to get out of Iliad Settings and back to Device Manager, iliad just
froze and rebooted, and sound was back again after the self-initiated
reboot.

sound == sound from the built-in mono speaker

any ideas would be appreciated.
