I've seen a ton of ads for Xoom and Galaxy Tab, so it's not like they're keeping it a secret.
And people ARE buying them; apple just has a head start and a good platform / market to build on.
Of course if you do like HP and freaking quit after a month, you're not going to get anywhere.
