I can imagine a subscription based service focussing on genre books that never make it into pbook form.

I can also imagine a Book of the Month Club type of subscription, where you pay your $9.99 and get to choose one or two books from a selection of books, either genre or general, which also come out in print.

And I can imagine that Oprah wakes up one morning and starts a subscription based version of her book club.

And when I do this imagining, I think of the Kindle Cloud Reader and consider how it might be the platform for implimenting this kind of thing on a streaming Netflix basis.
