First "eyesight trouble" comes in many "flavours", and secondly, the ultimate decision (what is more important, mobility or larger screen area) is still a choice that is best left to the end user. Eyesight trouble would (IMHO) definitely eliminate the 5" models. They are just too small. The 6" maybe. But the 9.7" screen is definitely better.
