I've got none of those readers, but ... Well, all offer good quality and nearly the same features nowadays (ok, the neo has something special to offer, the WACOM-panel and DRM-epub-support).

Seems to be more of a question of which ebookshop and shopsystem you do prefer. If you are not that dependent on buying stuff but plan to use the "Onleihe"-System that many of the german public libraries now employ and don't mind the shorter intervals between reloading the battery ... I'd go for the bebook neo.

Just my 50 ct.
