The hearing will be held on August 25 - a week from tomorrow. There is a very similar procedure under US law, and the bonds are typically enormous. I would assume it would work the same in Germany, but I haven't been able to find out how large of a bond Apple had to post.

The August 25 hearing isn't an appeal from this ruling; it's a new hearing on the same matter, except with both parties present.
