Good to have your company, Ajeffrey. Interesting point, so I gave it a little thought and just compared my reader (most books avec serif) print with serif and a couple of pieces here and there in my files sans serif. I think I prefer serif text in ebook and in print, but on a bigger screen -- forums like this one, for instance -- sans serif seems to me to be more comfortable. Mind you, I'm no spring chicken and the old eyes aren't what they once were and -- until a decade or so -- had become accustomed to serif print. So this may well be far from the consensus here.
