P.S. Actually, I was just thinking about the save file. Each event is separated using "\r\n" (CR LF) characters. So I am guessing you are using just the "\n" character on its own to separate the lines of a multi-line description. Is that right?
I did not use tabs or line breaks. I write a long sentence and calendar automatically separates it into multiple lines.

It's the same editing calendar.dat that using the event editor, but with the editor I write without seeing the typed letters.
