No the only options are for BOOKS! Not files! Yes I would edit HTML and TXT books also along with EPUB. I was forced to turn them off. There should be an OPTIONS button in Sigil or Preferences somewhere. I thought it was strange that there was not.
You know "files associated with Sigil" or something. Like WinRar has.
