Are you trying to view a .CBR that is already in Calibre, or are you trying to view a .CBR file that is not yet in Calibre? If you are trying to view a file that is already in Calibre, how is your viewing option set? IOW, does the Calibre viewer handle it or does an external viewer handle it. If an external viewer handles it, what viewer is set as your default viewer?

(Or are you trying to "add" a file, not "view" it?)
