Did you ask for help with your calibre issues before switching to a program that essentially creates a proprietary, commercial front-end to that same exact calibre?

You likely would have gotten all the help you needed had you simply asked. But seeing as how highly Kovid and the rest of the calibre developers are regarded around here, you'll not likely find a lot symapathy for your difficulties in getting the results you desire using a program that has basically slapped them in the face. I'd take it up with Hamster's support system and/or the Kranf Collection Manager developer.
