CA certificate & custom resolv.conf

Dear experts,

I've two questions:
I was looking in to enable "Eduroam" on my K3 and then I realized that without importing my personal user certificate, that's kind of pointless (well, other than remote login) for me. I pocked a little bit but couldn't figure out anything yet.
Is there a way to load/import my .p12 (or of any other form) certificate into the browser?

I'm trying to figure out a way to insert a custom domain-search list in the resolv.conf (my SpeedTouch modem/router won't allow me to specify a domain-search list). On the normal RHEL based system, if a line like: SEARCH="domain1.ac.uk domain2.ac.uk" is added to /etc/sysconfig/network then /etc/resolv.conf will be updated later than the updates done by dhclient. I looked in the K3's /etc/sysconfig/, there is no "network" file and creating one doesn't make any difference at all.
Is there a way to add a domain-search list on Kindle as well?

Any help for anyone greatly appreciated. Cheers!!
