Someone in anther thread this week said they would like to up date Kobo wifi software in near future when they can fit it into their busy schedule. Current software version 1.9 was released Mar 29 2011. In my experience it's great software without a lot of problems. Adding new features would be great if it doesn't slow it down and add bugs. It is lowest priced ereader in USA still being sold and manufactured. New software features make sense for Kobo wifi.
Easier to operate 5 way switch with improved rubber switch cover would be best improvement. Maybe more flexible silicon rubber cover would be all that's needed if it holds up to use and stays glued in place. I'm thinking how to get results without increasing price.
