I prefer having two devices - a 32GB iPod touch 4 and an old school flip phone. My iPt4 spends most of its time at home being used as an audio streamer - AOL Radio, HiDef Radio, TuneIn Radio, Radio.com, BBC Radio, etc. I also use it for podcasts, audiobooks, videos, news, and games. It's a great device to have in your pocket when traveling because it lets you stay connected to the world and provides a wealth of information about the places you're visiting.

As long as data plans are required, I'll never get a smartphone. Besides, the money saved is enough to get a brand new 32GB iPod touch every year.

If an Android touch ever appears, I'll jump ship and switch.
