Hi from a newbie
Hi All,
After much deliberation, I have just ordered my first e-reader, a Kindle... and am impatiently waiting for it to arrive. To be honest, the choices were all a bit baffling, especially owing to the fact that in Australia the options are a bit limited. My decision to get a Kindle was based on a combination of value for money and good reviews.... I hope I made the right decision! I actually had my eye on a Sony Touch 650, but the availability in Aus is almost non-existant and the price was so high!!!
I'm only just getting back into reading again as I have 3 young kids and time is really a premium, but I figure this is a long term investment, and we do do a lot of travel - can't take too many books in 20 kg of luggage.
I will probably only post questions when I can't find the answers in the existing threads.... so hopefully I won't bug everyone with topics that have been regurgitated a hundred times already.
That's it from me... now all I have to do is wait for my new toy to arrive!
