If it is to have a true e-ink screen then it has to have two screens. E-ink is a reflective screen and LCD is a transmissive screen. Also to the best of my knowledge colour e-ink isn't good enough at the moment to replace an LCD screen.

While the Pixel QI screen is reasonable an e-ink screen it is not.
