AudioGo, a division of the BBC, just sent me a newsletter saying that they're doing some audiobook promotions this week:
1) Every weekday until the 29th, they'll have a free comedy download on their
website's Comedy page. AudioGo have generally been fairly decent about allowing people around the world to get their stuff.
That doesn't start until Monday, however.
2) For lucky UK residents, however, this weekend they'll have four free Agatha Christie radio plays on 2 CDs included with the weekend editions of
The Telegraph newspaper.
1st CD on Saturday the 13th includes
The Hound of Death and
In a Glass Darkly.
2nd CD on Sunday the 14th has
The Witness for the Prosecution and
The Last Seance.
It's probably a bit late for UK readers to get the 1st CD (unless you can beg neighbours/relatives or find a late-opening newsagent), but should be plenty of time to pick up the 2nd if you want it.
AudioGo will also be running some sales on their Comedy titles at up to 50% off CD and download purchases.
